Overview

In this role you will lead data-driven performance marketing initiatives to uncover growth opportunities and optimize campaigns across your region. You will collaborate with performance marketers, data engineers, and analysts to drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads. You’ll own large-scale campaigns, run continuous optimization via A/B testing, and share best practices to lift team performance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at Glovo, with meaningful impact on growth and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE) from strategy to execution
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns (UAC/Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads to drive ROAS
- Collaborate with marketing channels, design, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies
- Drive performance targets and provide actionable insights through analytics




- Lead A/B testing and optimization to maximize campaign efficiency
- Share learnings and best practices to elevate team performance across regions
- Manage large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven expertise in scaling campaigns and optimizing acquisition funnels
- Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, and incrementality testing
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- English fluency (additional languages a plus)
