Overview

In this role you will lead international projects for Key Account customers from order to site acceptance, coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet cost, schedule, quality and technical targets. You will act as the main client and internal liaison, shaping communication plans and ensuring successful delivery across sites worldwide. The work combines engineering scope with strong project leadership in a integral manufacturing context. This opportunity lets you impact complex installations and drive value for customers and Volpak’s operations.

Responsabilidades

- Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Manage customer orders from issuance through installation and Site Acceptance Testing
- Ensure projects meet cost, timing, quality and User Requirement Specification targets
- Serve as main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and execute communication plans for customers, project teams and senior stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain and monitor project schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans with Engineering and other departments
- Monitor project performance and adjust schedule, cost or resources as needed




- Control project costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle
- Coordinate third‑party equipment integration and ensure alignment with project specs
- Manage project‑related administrative activities including quotations and purchase requests
- Comply with quality, safety, health and environmental requirements and proper PPE use

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- At least five years of proven project management experience in the machinery sector
- Experience with third‑party equipment integration
- Experience managing projects for customers based in the United States
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and high level of English
- Strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer-facing, internal communication and stakeholder management
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, flexible and results‑oriented approach
- Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%)
