In this role you drive the rollout and continuous improvement of digital tools for the Digital Lab across the DIA R&D; organization. You act as the Digital Lab representative in project teams and work with lab users to capture workflows and promote adoption. Applying Organizational Change Management, you plan rollouts with chapter partners and contribute to a cross-functional Community of Practice. You enable first-level user support and help scale general digitization solutions to accelerate R&D.; This position blends science, digital tools, and international collaboration in a hybrid setup.
Responsabilidades
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools for the Digital Lab across the entire DIA R&D; organization
- Represent Digital Lab in project teams and coordinate with chapter representatives for rollout planning
- Analyze lab work processes with users and recommend digital components to improve daily work and acceptance
- Apply Organizational Change Management principles to enable adoption and sustainability
- Organize and execute software platform rollouts in collaboration with chapter stakeholders
- Contribute to the Digital Lab user community (Community of Practice) with SMEs, IT, and partners
- Serve as first-level user support and foster collaboration across cross-functional, international teams
Requisitos principales
- Master's degree in natural sciences, engineering, or related field
- >5 years of experience in diagnostics or a related development field
- Extensive lab-related experience or closely associated work
- Strong project management skills and experience with agile methods
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, multi-country teams
- Practical experience with digital lab applications
- Excellent English communication; German a plus
