As EDQ Leader you will steer the Engineering Data Quality roadmap and lead the deployment of robust data governance across the Europe Hub. You will guide the EDQ team, ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery and strong alignment with engineering and transformation programs. You will collaborate with engineering, governance bodies, transformation projects, and PDM communities to make data more reliable and ready for business changes. You will leverage AI-enabled data management to boost efficiency and reliability, shaping a data-driven engineering environment that supports sustainability goals. Responsabilidades

- Define and drive the Engineering Data roadmap translating business needs into priorities
- Lead and coordinate the EDQ team with capacity and workload planning to ensure delivery
- Strengthen data governance with First Time Right and No Data, No Launch principles




- Ensure data readiness for transformations including ERP deployments
- Monitor data quality performance via KPIs and dashboards
- Foster stakeholder alignment and coordinate Engineering Data communities
- Develop data capabilities through PDM expertise and communities of practice
- Leverage AI-enabled data management to improve quality and efficiency

Requisitos principales

- Strong background in Engineering, Engineering Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management
- Good understanding of PDM environments and data governance
- Proven experience in project or team coordination in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to structure, prioritize and drive transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong results orientation, ownership and collaborative leadership
- Interest in digital transformation, data analytics and AI-enabled engineering
