Overview

In this role you will support SAP-based HR solutions for clients, focusing on SAP HCM and Success Factors deployments. You’ll translate business needs into SAP specifications and contribute to development, delivery and maintenance of the solution. You’ll work with cross-functional teams locally and remotely, and may lead projects and client relationships as you gain senior responsibility. Responsabilidades

- Develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based business solutions;
- Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications;
- Lead development,



customization and deployment of Success Factors solutions;
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with delivery centers globally;
- Potentially lead projects, manage financials and client relationships

Requisitos principales

- 3-10 years of HCM experience
- Experience in developing functional and systems specifications
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (consulting level)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
