Overview

In this Inside Sales role, you will drive new business by prospecting and managing opportunities across New Prospect Accounts and Integral Strategic Accounts. You’ll grow the pipeline for PTC’s Digital Transformation solutions while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations. Based in Barcelona with a hybrid model, you’ll engage cross-functional teams to convert leads into booked deals and contribute to a high-growth sales environment. Responsabilidades

- Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospection in new logos and existing accounts
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives




- Make outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings
- Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) in SFDC
- Answer sales questions for incoming inquiries
- Assist in campaign execution within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations

Requisitos principales

- 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English and either Arabic or Polish
- Interest in new technologies and software market
- Motivation for Sales & Business Development challenges
- Competitive, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic and multicultural environment
- Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone
