Overview

In this role you will design and deliver engaging learning content and digital training for enterprise tools like Microsoft 365 and Share Point. You will partner with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to build knowledge hubs, user guides, and virtual training that drive adoption. You will produce eLearning assets and videos, and maintain Share Point learning portals to support digital enablement. The position combines content creation, delivery, and analytics to enable proficient use of new technologies across a complex organization. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on user adoption and learning outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and maintain learning content, training materials, and support resources for enterprise digital tools
- Deliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and tool demonstrations to drive adoption
- Collaborate with project managers to track deliverables and ensure timely execution
- Create and update process documents, user guides, and knowledge resources




- Support learning analytics and reporting by ensuring training data and metrics are accurate
- Design and produce digital learning assets (eLearning modules, videos, tutorials)
- Build and maintain Share Point-based learning portals and knowledge hubs
- Develop tailored learning journeys and adoption programs based on stakeholder needs and priorities

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in learning content development, training delivery, digital enablement, or L&D; in complex organizations
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Share Point skills including administration/content management
- Experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering virtual training and facilitating diverse audiences
- Analytical and instructional design capabilities to translate needs into solutions
