Overview

In this role, you will provide frontline IT support to a diverse user base, ensuring smooth operation of systems and equipment. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver efficient, professional, and user-focused service. You’ll handle hardware deployments, software issues, and collaboration tools to keep staff productive. This position offers hands-on experience in a integral tech environment, with a clear impact on daily operations and user satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for all user levels, including executives
- Perform hardware imaging, device deployments, and application updates
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online environments
- Manage Active Directory objects (users, groups, computers)
- Deliver responsive support to remote users to maintain connectivity and productivity




- Document processes and contribute to user education, especially for non-technical users
- Manage and resolve IT tickets through Jira Service Management
- Support on-site operations five days a week

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Familiarity with help desk tools and basic networking concepts
- Advanced English, fluent Spanish (Catalan a plus)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, team-oriented approach with experience supporting managers and executives
- Eligible to work in Spain (permanent residency)
