Overview

As a Change Management Consultant at Accenture, you support large-scale transformation programs across Europe by shaping change strategies and enabling adoption. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare stakeholders, develop communications and learning assets, and drive business readiness. This role offers exposure to international, multidisciplinary projects and a chance to influence how organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working. Responsabilidades

- Support change management activities across transformation projects
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments
- Assist in communication and engagement plan development and execution
- Create communication materials, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, and project updates
- Support the design and delivery of training materials and enablement resources
- Coordinate change champion and ambassador networks
- Contribute to business readiness and adoption tracking
- Prepare client deliverables, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Support governance, reporting, action logs, and follow-up activities




- Collaborate across business, HR, technology, and project teams in multicultural environments
- Research and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify adoption risks and opportunities
- Track communication, training, and adoption metrics
- Contribute to proposals and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requisitos principales

- 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create professional presentations and communication materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in team-based and international environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a strong asset
- Analytical skills to measure adoption and business readiness; Power BI experience is a plus
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory; Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally when required
