Overview

As Program Manager in Rakuten TV’s Product & Technology organisation, you ensure on-time delivery with high quality across roadmaps and cross‑team projects. You’ll provide visibility, risk flags, and execution metrics for the CPO and CTO, while shaping the annual product strategy. You partner with Product Managers, engineering leads, and tech owners to improve planning, capacity, and delivery outcomes. Responsabilidades

- Maintain a single, trusted view of all roadmaps and cross‑team projects with owners, dates, dependencies, and status
- Flag blockers and cross‑squad risks early and publish regular risk views for leadership
- Report planned versus delivered work monthly and provide objective squad updates
- Escalate root causes and distinguish technical issues from resourcing/prioritisation problems
- Build and maintain team capacity views and improve estimation accuracy
- Ensure end‑to‑end launches with post‑launch outcome checks
- Collaborate with engineering managers and squad leads to balance speed with quality




- Design and run lean processes for roadmap commitments, intake, and status definitions
- Own tool selection and ensure tracking/reporting systems are accurate and user‑friendly
- Support annual strategy and planning, identifying trade‑offs and capacity constraints
- Manage RFP processes for large opportunities (telcos, white‑label apps) and coordinate cross‑functional responses

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years in PMO, program, or delivery management within software/tech org
- Proven track record in improving delivery predictability and execution quality
- Solid understanding of software building and shipping processes
- Strong analytical skills: capacity modeling, estimates vs actuals, data‑driven recommendations
- Strategic thinking with ability to contribute to annual planning
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures and functions
- Experience setting up lightweight processes and using tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, BI dashboards)
- Experience with agile delivery; PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus
- High attention to detail, reliability, and proactive work approach
