We are seeking a talented General Sourcing Manager to join the dynamic team. Direct Procurement: Oversee and manage the procurement of raw materials essential for production processes. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of raw materials. Spend Analysis: Analyze purchasing data related to raw materials to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations for raw materials. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement or sourcing of raw materials within the chemical industry. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
