Develop strategic frameworks and criteria to guide social media decisions. Work with Social Creative, Content Planning, and Data to connect strategy, ideas, and results. Evaluate the contribution of social media initiatives to brand objectives, incorporating lessons learned into future strategies. Experience in Social Media Strategy, Digital Strategy, or brand and communications strategy. Solid knowledge of the main social media platforms and their codes. Curiosity about contemporary culture, communities, entertainment, and audience behavior. Ability to connect brand, business, culture, and social media without resorting to generic approaches. Advanced English; experience with global brands is a plus. Demonstrable experience understanding social media and internet culture. In short : someone who not only understands what's happening on social media, but also what it means for CUPRA and what the brand should do about it.
