A strategic leader responsible for shaping the creative vision of Kave, connecting product design, brand expression and culture into one coherent and inspiring universe. This is a role for someone who deeply loves products and design, but who also understands that great products only reach their full potential when they are communicated, presented and experienced in the right way. As Design & Creative Director, you will define and evolve Kave's creative vision, ensuring that product, collections, storytelling and brand expression work together as one consistent and distinctive system. You will lead the Design team, collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing teams and help shape the creative identity that will guide Kave over the coming years. What You Will Do: Define Kave's Creative and Design Vision Define and evolve Kave's long-term creative vision. Build a distinctive design language that transcends trends and creates long-term brand equity.



Translate the company's ambition and values into tangible design principles. Shape Kave's Product Identity Working closely with the Design team and the Product organisation, you will: Ensure a consistent design narrative across all product families. Balance innovation, functionality, commercial relevance and aesthetic quality. While our Principal Designers will remain key experts in product design and development, you will ensure that individual products contribute to a larger creative vision. Connect Product and Brand This will be one of the most important parts of the role. You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Retail and Content teams to ensure a seamless connection between what Kave creates and what Kave communicates. Collaborating on art direction, styling, retail experiences and visual storytelling. Ensuring product and brand evolve together rather than independently. You should genuinely enjoy collaborating with marketing and brand teams and see communication as a natural extension of product creation. Lead and Develop the Design Team Lead and inspire the Design team. Build a culture of excellence, creativity and accountability. Coach and develop design talent. Great design alone is not enough.



Partner with Merchandising and Product Leadership Working closely with the Range Director and Product teams, you will: Ensure that commercial ambitions never come at the expense of long-term brand differentiation. The strongest collections emerge through collaboration between creative and commercial perspectives. Connect Kave to Design and Culture Maintain a constant pulse on design, architecture, interiors, fashion, arts, materials and culture. Lead Strategic Collaborations Identify collaboration opportunities with designers, creatives and cultural institutions. Help strengthen Kave's reputation within the integral design community. Significant experience in senior Design Director, Creative Director or similar leadership roles. Strong background in product design, furniture, interiors, lighting, home or design-led consumer brands. Proven experience developing products, collections and design languages. Track record of collaborating closely with brand and marketing functions.
