Find out more here:DescripciónRole purposeThe IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading the successful deployment of the requested project. This role will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from mobilization to execution while maintaining continuous alignment with the project teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project management activities for the system and/or changes implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget and to the agreed scope and quality.
Establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteriaCreate & maintain comprehensive project plans and strategies for managing project constraints.
Track project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
Facilitate project meetings ensuring stakeholders are updated regularly on progress,



risks and issues and can make informed decisions.
Align and collaborate with other cross-functional and interdependent projects managers to ensure deliverables are alignedManage the transition and cut over process of environments from development to staging and production.
Manage project dependencies, risks, issues and develop mitigation plans and escalation proceduresEnsure adherence to the agreed project frameworks and best practices in project management.
Capture and drive lessons learned throughout the project.

Qualifications:
Project Management accreditation (PMI, Prince2, other)ITIL, MSP desirable but not essential4+ years of project management experience,Proven track record of managing large-scale IT deploymentsFluent in English. French language proficiency is a strong asset.
Experience in HR system implementation and IT projectsSkills and attitudes:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
