We're growing quickly and expanding our marketing team to amplify our reach and accelerate our demand engine. You'll work directly with our CEO, engineering, design, content, RevOps and sales. You own signups, activation, and qualified pipeline from developer-led sources. You'll build one weekly view from signup to activation to opportunity, report it, and act on it. You'll define what "high intent" means with RevOps and sales, and build the scoring, routing and alerts so those leads get a human touch within one business day. You'll partner with engineers and our content team on demos, examples, teardowns and build-in-public posts that ride what developers are talking about right now.



This is a new challenge for us and requires experimentation and the right ability to test and iterate. It means agent skills, MCP servers, plugins for Cursor, Claude and OpenAI, and showing up well in AI assistants' answers. You'll test, measure what drives signups, and double down or drop it quickly. You'll own the lifecycle emails and in-product nudges in HubSpot, with the goal of getting people to a first query, not just an open. You'll shift time and budget toward what produces pipeline, reviewing monthly and adjusting within weeks. You've owned a signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue number at a developer-facing product (devtools, data, infrastructure, observability, security or similar), and you can tell us specifically what you changed and what happened. You write SQL, spin up a working demo, read an API reference, and use AI coding tools daily. Engineers take your work seriously because you ship it. You've marketed to technical buyers, from individual developers up to platform and data leads. Show us something you shipped in the last 90 days: an experiment, a demo, a campaign, a side project. Experience with ClickHouse, Kafka, or analytics and real-time data infrastructure Hands-on HubSpot, or comparable CRM and attribution tooling A network among AI-native builders, or experience growing a developer community We're remote-first, but you'll have opportunities to connect with your teammates at company offsites and events. This is a fully remote role. If you're based in Madrid or nearby, we'd love to see you at the office, where the team regularly gets together to work and spend time together.
