We are a growing, fast-paced startup looking for a Senior Freelance Labor Consultant to co-manage our end-to-end payroll and labor operations. Execute multi-agreement payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos). Seamless daily management of Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and Contrat@. Act as a go-to expert for labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions). Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax/finance team. 3 to 5 years as an independent consultant or working in high-volume business registries/consultancies. ~ Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Graduado Social. ~ Expert proficiency in payroll software and Advanced Excel (for cost reporting and data reconciliation). ~ Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and latest reforms. ~ Contract Type: Freelance / B2B collaboration.
