What you'll do
You'll run full-cycle 360 recruitment
- from business development to placement
- building and owning your own client portfolio across international markets.
Mid-week brand session for client updates and delivery planning Current 360 recruitment experience (within the last 5 years), agency-side, with clear new-business ownership A challenger mindset, you're comfortable challenging clients, candidates, and us, and taking control of the process Excellent English and relationship-building skills Why you'll love it here Competitive base + a commission structure that rewards real performance Hybrid model: work from one of our offices or a nearby coworking space, plus days from home
