About the Role

Our client is a major player in the global telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group's tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies.

Mission

- Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach
- Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisions

Technical Environment

- ATS & sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean search
- Tech stacks recruited: Java, Python, .NET,



JS/TS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Network
- HR tools: Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, mobility and relocation platforms
- Languages used internally: Spanish, English

Required Skills

- Must have: 3 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in-house
- Solid track record on full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data or cloud roles
- Hands‐on experience contributing to or leading HR projects beyond recruitment (mobility, onboarding, employer branding, process design)
- Strong sourcing skills, comfortable with Boolean and direct approach
- Fluent Spanish and professional English
- Nice to have: Previous experience in a telecommunications, large tech or international group environment
- Exposure to international mobility frameworks (visa, relocation, tax basics)
- Familiarity with enterprise HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors)

- Autonomous and structured, able to juggle recruitment delivery and project work in parallel
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable interacting with technical hiring managers and senior HR partners
- Curious about tech, willing to keep learning stacks and market trends
- Comfortable in a large organization, but with a hands‐on, ownership‐driven mindset
