We are seeking an attorney looking to bring legal and business acumen to the negotiation and closing of high-priority complex commercial ventures to help to build next-generation experiences across the globe. As a member of the legal team, you will work within the Corporate / M&A; team , reporting directly to the Lead Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that is a cornerstone to the effective realization of key projects of Fever, working directly with business dealmakers, to bring them to fruition and ensure alignment with Fever’s overall strategy and risk appetite. You will be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the Fever business. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions,



with ownership of projects assigned to you. Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to the execution of any transaction Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Fever group Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required Be a barred / practising lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years PQE in corporate transactions, including complex partnerships (M&A; experience or experience in media / entertainment also a plus) Speak fluent English, with a command of legal English, and preferably with fluency in Spanish Have an excellent academic record or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms Have keen attention to detail and strong financial and commercial awareness Join our vibrant and innovative team at Fever’s global headquarters in Madrid, Spain You can expect to join a lovely team of diverse, hardworking and kind professionals, where a cultural fit is someone looking to have an impact and work nimbly.
