About The Role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power general growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. You'll also oversee continuous high performance of the team as we launch and scale features and services.



Owning and managing the end-to-end debt collections process for retail credit portfolios Optimising in-house and outsourced collection capability with best-in-class contact and cure rates, using the latest technology and analytics

What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in debt collection and recoveries in retail banking, fintech, or DCA Fluency in English and Portuguese Knowledge of credit products, local debt collection laws, and relevant regulations Great performance and relationship management skills with third-party service providers A highly analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
