Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Star TrekTM Fleet Command team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top grossing Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily. Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with one of our feature teams to shape and refine the development team roadmap, steering vision, and strategy. Oversee the feature lifecycle
- from specification writing to launching core features. Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting. Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Extensive experience in product management, ideally with significant responsibility on a F2P mobile game Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation and engagement systems, with extensive experience in content development Data-native mindset, with the ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans At Scopely, we create games for everyone
