Join a dynamic clinical research environment where finance plays a key role in connecting business performance with scientific progress. As Site Finance Specialist, you will contribute to the financial health and operational success of the site, working closely with local leadership and the wider finance team. This role offers broad exposure to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, revenue management, accounts receivable and payable, reporting, and financial governance. You will help turn financial data into meaningful insights that support informed business decisions and the successful delivery of clinical research operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of between 32k-35k. Maintain the sales ledger and reconcile accounts receivable regularly. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer queries. Assist in the preparation of financial reports relating to sales and accounts receivable. Provide support during audits and assist in the resolution of audit findings related to sales ledger activities. Accounts Payable & Expenses Review and book purchase invoices onto the system for approval. Budgeting, Financial Systems and Support Review study budgets outlined in contracts and contribute to the setup of study financials in the CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System).



Support the Site Director with all financial matters, including reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking. Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and compliance. Assist in preparing data for month-end close and other internal reporting cycles, as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support financial audits and internal controls. Collaboration & Business Partnership Work closely with the Controller Finance Manager and other members of the Spanish finance team. Work closely with the Site Director and other members of the site team to support operational and financial needs. Build strong working relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment between finance and operations. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding finance related matters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:
At least one year of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or Finance Business Partnering Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools Fluency in English and Spanish KEY COMPETENCIES Business Partnering and Commercial Awareness
