Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local HR managers when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach and improving the process. Hybrid: 2-3 times in the Madrid office (after 1.5 month of onboarding) Run end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the business Engage hiring managers and business owners on recruitment needs and pipelines Source candidates via active and passive channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)



Create targeted job advertisements and employer branding content Manage candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems Track and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs Liaise with senior recruiters and recruitment team leaders on complex roles Required Skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred. Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Excellent communication skills in French (both written and verbal) At least 3-4 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function. Experience in ATS systems.
