What we need now is volume and consistency in how we show up: pages, emails, ads, content, shipped every week at the same quality. Planning & Delivery Run the publication calendar across all channels: content, ads, email, website. Weekly planning and reporting with leadership. Manage the internal producers: designer, video editors, marketing ops coordinator. Run weekly planning with each agency (ads, social, video), track delivery, review everything against our design direction.



Keep quality at or above the bar of our existing assets. Performance Performance marketer ~3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or agency-side production management. ~ You've shipped landing pages yourself (Framer, Webflow or clean HTML). ~ Excellent written English. French is a plus (half our market is French-speaking). Agencies and producers deliver on time at consistent quality. ClickUp Notion Figma Fully remote environment. Performance-based bonus structure. Nail it, and you grow into running the marketing department as it scales.
