- Spain General Management Full time Remote Our OS SAS Profolio Manage r drives strategic and business-focused growth by connecting market opportunities with our global product portfolio and internal delivery capabilities. This role is critical in ensuring that our Operating Unit remains aligned with evolving customer needs, emerging technologies, and changing market dynamics across transmission, distribution, renewable energy, data centers, offshore wind, and industrial electrification sectors. The OS SAS Portfolio Manager will act as the key interface between Market Management, Sales, Global Product Groups, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to ensure our organization is ready to capture future growth opportunities. Define and drive the portfolio growth strategy for OU SAS Europe. Align market demands with Global Product Group roadmaps and OU business objectives. Recommend and drive organizational changes required to support future market needs. Act as the voice of the customer and market within the Operating Unit while representing the OU towards Global Product Groups and key customers. Support strategic customer engagements and business development activities. Report portfolio performance, capability readiness, and growth opportunities to OU leadership.



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
