We are seeking an experienced First Mate to join a 45m+ sailing yacht operating a dual-season cruising program, with the vessel soon heading to the Caribbean. The adecuado candidate will have previous First Mate experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht , with strong navigation and leadership skills, proven rigging expertise and confident sail handling. Regatta experience is highly desirable, alongside a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards onboard. Candidates must hold their OOW 3000 or Yachtmaster Ocean qualification. Salary:
€6,500–€7,000 per month Leave: 3.5 days per month Bonus: 13th-month bonus Cabin arrangements: Male candidate required The vessel has a strong crew onboard and offers the opportunity to join an established team on an exciting program.
