Legal & Compliance Officer,
located in Alcobendas office (Madrid), to support and strengthen our legal and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and applicable regulations while fostering a strong culture of compliance and transparency.
The mission of the role is to provide legal support, supervise and coordinate key legal and compliance matters, and to implement compliance policies that help prevent legal, financial and reputational risks, while promoting an ethical and transparent business culture across the organisation.

Academic background in Law, double degree in Law and Business Administratrion required.
Master’s degree or programme in Corporate Compliance is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of rules and legislation (local & international) related to Compliance and AMLFT.
Minimum 2 years experience in business and contractual matters at multinational companies. Practical knowledge of corporate law.
Critical and analytical thinking, with a pragmatic business-oriented approach.
Ability to lead change processes and actively promote an ethical and compliance-driven culture within the organisation.
Advanced professional level of English is required; French is desirable.
