The FCE IT Business Planner is responsible for owning, continually improving, and reviewing the ongoing suitability of the FCE IT Governance framework, ensuring that the different IT sites (UK, Spain, Germany) and Shared Services are harmonized and well coordinated in their principles & methodologies. It is also responsible for providing IT reporting for Execs consumption, as it the case for the IT Operations Flashcard and IT KRIs.

Reporting to the FCE IT Director’s Office Manager, this is a critical and highly visible role coordinating the activities of the pan-European Ford Credit IT team to drive execution rigor of Ford Credit tech transformation through governance, delivery process discipline, IT key metrics management, communication, and Special Projects Management.

Understanding of system development lifecycles and exposure to lifecycle delivery methodologies Proficient on IT infrastructure and concepts, as well as IT troubleshooting Knowledge of IT Concepts such as cloud computing, cybersecurity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a pro-active approach with an inquisitive mind Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills, to enable effective communication at all levels within the Company High degree of initiative,



self-motivation and ability to work both in a small team and autonomously. High degree of flexibility to be able to swap among different high priorities The ability to work with cross-functional teams from across FCE and Ford Motor Company Process-minded and keen to develop and implement process improvements using AI.
