Renewal Manager The Renewal Manager is responsible for securing Amadeus Hospitality revenue by ensuring contracts are generated, renewed and processed on schedule. Responsible for the centralization, registration and quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.
Engage clients to request contract signature and respond to questions and resolve issues
Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinating the legal validation and Amadeus signature.
Update and maintain the database of contracted and implemented products per customer.
