As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a bridge between potential candidates and the organization through strategic sourcing, effective communication, and a strong understanding of business needs. Working with the Europe Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities across your assigned scope, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and People Partners, and ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

Organize and conduct phone screenings and recruitment interviews
Initiate and review background checks in line with company policy and local requirements
Collaborate with People Partners to support a smooth, compliant, and well-administered recruitment process
Maintain open, clear,



and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Talent Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and recruitment best practices
Use relevant internal and external market data to provide practical advice and insights to stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers through responsive communication and reliable recruitment delivery
Contribute to hiring outcomes that meet agreed quality, timeliness, compliance, and experience standards
Who We Are Looking For Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, ideally within an international or matrixed organization
Solid understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, offer management, and compliance
Ability to make informed decisions using relevant internal and external market data
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment data
Languages Fluent in English, Spanish and French, written and spoken
