About the Role: We are looking for a SEM Lead or Senior SEM Expert to lead and scale our paid search strategy across our portfolio of apps.
This is not a campaign management role. This is a technical, strategic, and revenue-driven position where Google Ads Search is the absolute core of the function.
You will be the reference person for Search inside the company, owning:
Campaign architecture

Budget allocation





Profitability logic

Scaling frameworks

Signal quality & algorithm performance

Your mission is simple: maximize revenue and efficiency from Google Search while building scalable and technically robust acquisition systems.
About You: Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields .

Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative disciplines is highly valued.

Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build dashboards, scripts, and data queries independently.

Technical expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads Search (must-have) .

Strong knowledge of campaign architecture, keyword intent segmentation, match types, search term mining, and negative keyword frameworks.
