Configure the platform against a client's real data and workflows ahead of every demo, navigating model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT.
Leverage AI tools to improve qualification, demo configuration, and business case development, staying engaged through kickoff and early delivery to maintain technical continuity with the Field Delivery Engineering team.
What You Bring to Sovos You've successfully led business process transformation or procurement optimization projects,



ideally gained through consulting or working buyer-side, ideally with procurement or AP expertise gained from working buyer-side rather than solely in an advisory capacity.
You have enough systems fluency to know where a client's data lives (SAP vs. familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, or data governance is a strong plus.
You bring direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle, not only demo or support experience, with a demonstrated ability to close complex B2B deals with clear revenue accountability, moving opportunities from technical discovery through contract signature and clear revenue accountability.
You're comfortable moving between technical and executive conversations in the same day (sometimes the same meeting), building executive-level business cases that include ROI and TCO analyses.
