Our client, a well-established M&A; Advisory firm, is looking to hire a Director or Partner-level professional to lead and further build its M&A; advisory offering.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and run end-to-end M&A; advisory mandates, from origination through execution and closing.
Act as deal captain on sell-side and buy-side processes, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
Drive client origination and relationship management, working closely with senior leadership to grow revenues.
Oversee transaction strategy, structuring, negotiation support, and key decision points.
Provide senior oversight on financial analysis and materials, without being hands-on execution-focused.
Build, manage, and mentor the M&A; team; set execution standardsand best practices.
