Customer Operations Intern

Description -

Before applying please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June-July 2027.

The Customer Operations Intern works within a European, multicultural and fast-moving business environment, supporting HP Customers and Sales Teams within the area of Order Fulfillment.



The intern is part of a central Order Management team and gains practical experience across different Customer Operations processes while supporting day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities

Backlog Support & Order Management

- Supports the management of customer and partner order backlogs under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Monitors backlog management tools (e.g., E2E Tool, FOM, or other HP tools) and assists in identifying orders at risk of missing service level agreements (SLAs).
