As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and accessibility of critical project information. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the registration, review, and archiving of project documentation in compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Preparing, distributing, and tracking document packages throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring document status and maintaining project databases to ensure consistency with the applicable configuration baseline. Supporting multidisciplinary teams on documentation and configuration management matters. Assisting in the preparation of meeting minutes and coordinating the follow-up of resulting actions. Administering user accounts and access rights within project tools and systems. Ensuring the secure handling and control of classified documentation in line with established procedures.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for professionals with a background in Administration, Document Management, Information Management, or a related field ,



who are eager to develop their careers in a dynamic and international environment, A high level of English , Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Experience with document management systems, databases, and information management tools.

Knowledge of Jira and Confluence will be considered a plus.
