Controller Specialist CUATRECASAS is seeking a Controller Specialist who will provide support to the firm’s different functional areas. Functions and responsibilities
• Monitor billing targets and the associated production process.
• Plan and assess work in progress.
• Collaborate with the different Junior Controllers in the preparation of consolidated reports for the Barcelona office.
• Support the preparation of sales and expense budgets for the various business units.
• Assist Controllers in preparing financial and management reports. Support the presentation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Identify and measure KPIs related to client development, business generation capacity, profitability, and margins in order to understand their impact on the firm's profit and each professional's contribution.
• Analyze current and future business development.. Profile we are looking for
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree, either completed or currently in progress, is highly valued.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (management control, auditing, or finance departments).
• High level of English, minimum B2.2 proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is considered an advantage.
