We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a critical engine for our expansion. This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract where you will identify, reach out, and onboard the next wave of high-potential sellers. The right candidate would have Sales Development acumen and experience. Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high-potential seller-partners. Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3-6 months period. Understand the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry. Proven B2B Sales Acumen: Of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience. Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English & Spanish, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations. previous direct experience within a high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage.
