Join our Cloud Systems & Services team and help drive operational excellence across TD SYNNEX's Cloud Marketplace business in 21+ European countries. As a Marketplace & Process Analyst, you will optimize business processes, support country teams and partners, improve platform adoption, and collaborate with sales, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across Europe. Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality. Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Drive user adoption and best practices across cloud and digital platforms. Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis. Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, eCommerce, or IT services environments. Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar), Excel, reporting tools, and process documentation. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus. Interest in Cybersecurity technologies and cloud security concepts. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Security Fundamentals (SC-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or vendor cybersecurity certifications are highly valued.
