You will support our companies throughout Europe and Africa, so we can imagine your place of work being in greater metropolitan area of Madrid (Spain). The HR Business Partner / Manager for the Business Units supports both strategic and operational HR topics, acting as a key liaison between the BU and the global HR organization. The role reports functionally to Global HR (dotted line) and disciplinarily to the VP Finance BU (solid line), ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards while addressing local business needs. Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the Business Unit Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition and development initiatives Plan and execute HR marketing activities to strengthen employer branding Design and deliver training and development programs for employees and do the succession planning Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Support performance management and employee relations Roll out global HR initiatives, programs, and systems within the BU Maintain HR data and contribute to reporting and analytics Own FTE planning and personnel cost management for the BU Several years of experience in a generalist HR role,



ideally in an international or matrix organization Solid understanding of labor law, HR processes, and compliance requirements Proven experience in development, performance management, and change management Familiarity with compensation & benefits structures and HR marketing strategies Experience in rolling out HR initiatives and project work Analytical thinking and confidence in working with HR KPIs, FTE planning and personnel cost control Ability to balance integral standards with local business needs Fluent in English, both written and spoken A great and global #teamDEHN with support and mentoring throughout your entire employee journey About DEHN SE We are a leading, international family-owned company based in Neumarkt, Germany.
