As Deployment Strategist
- Junior , you will own Orbio's largest and most complex enterprise accounts end-to-end. You'll work directly with multi-country organizations, C-level stakeholders, and internal Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to define the right problems, deploy Orbio in real operating environments, and drive adoption through training, enablement, and behavior change. Success is measured by business impact, not by the number of deployments completed. Engage with C-level stakeholders through strategic planning, business reviews, and ongoing operational partnership. Lead complex enterprise deployments from post-sale to production in environments with multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, and change resistance. Drive adoption and behavior change through training, enablement, and close partnership with customer teams.



Identify and develop expansion opportunities across teams, countries, and modules, and partner with Sales to close commercial growth. What success looks like Customers go live and stay live — Orbio becomes the execution layer, not a side project. Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and working around APIs, data flows, and integrations. Additional major European languages such as German, French, Italian, or Dutch are strongly preferred.
