- Account & services At ING we are looking for a Digital Business Expert – Account & services We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Surfing Account squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe. The responsibility of this team is to give an outstanding service to transactional customers, as well as develop them towards MPB. In addition, there are added value services such as travel plan, Global Exchange or Tax Down, that we want to offer in the best way to our customers, to increase their engagement and satisfaction with the bank. Contributing to the development of our customers, by offering added value services that they can contract and promoting that they bring their payroll to become into Mobile Primary Bank Designing communication strategy to increase the penetration in the different services Having the operative and financial risk under control, according to the internal and external regulatory framework Customer‐centric mindset, with experience analyzing customer trends, behaviors and usage patterns. Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and/or MicroStrategy. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. We put balance to work, so you can do it too.
