Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clients
* Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs
* Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers
* Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding
* Handle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients
* Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion Requirements
* C1 or higher level of Dutch (written and spoken)
* C1 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
* Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
* Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
* Experience with CRM and marketing tools (preferred)
