As an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes by translating their business challenges. Product Quality & Workflow Design Client Relationship Management & ROI Build trusted, data-driven relationships with key client stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or top-tier consulting firms. ~ Strong technical understanding of workflows, data, and operational processes (you do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to collaborate effectively with technical teams). ~ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and proactively address challenges. ~ Performance-based incentives.
