- Fully Remote Own and coordinate SAP & EDI incidents, service requests, problems and changes Act as a senior escalation point for complex SAP/EDI issues Coordinate SAP, EDI, integration and external support teams Apply Agile/Scrum principles to service management and continuous improvement Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and processes Support SAP/EDI transformation, change and improvement initiatives Extensive experience working with SAP ,S/4HANA and EDI Experience as a SAP Service Lead, SAP EDI Lead, SAP Service Manager, SAP Integration Lead or similar Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP service management Practical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Scrum Master certification or strong practical Agile experience French Language Skills
