About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager – Client Services to manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across a multi-platform digital portfolio, including streaming services, websites, mobile applications, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital media planning, campaign management, ad operations, digital video, Connected TV (CTV), and programmatic advertising. The candidate will collaborate with Sales teams, advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop effective media plans, ensure seamless campaign execution, maximize revenue delivery, and provide exceptional client service. Provide pre-sale guidance, technical requirements, and strategic planning for advertising opportunities across TWDC's on and off-platform digital portfolio Responsible for the collection, quality control review, and implementation of assets to ensure a timely and accurate campaign launch Identify, track, and analyse key metrics to optimize campaign performance Assist with client retention by delivering the highest standard of service during pre, mid, and post-campaign support phases Serve as a subject matter expert for digital video, CTV, and programmatic advertising, providing strategic consultation, performance insights, and market best practice guidance to sales teams, advertisers, and agency partners Act as a functional lead within Client Services, mentoring team members, sharing expertise on complex campaigns, and driving adoption of new products, capabilities, and operational standards Lead cross-functional initiatives with Client Services Account Managers across EMEA to improve campaign management processes, drive operational efficiencies,



and establish best practices Offer support and expertise for additional sales partners in TWDC's EMEA offices Engage with third party vendors that provide services to TWDC and our clients Graduate level or equivalent experience ~Experience supporting a wide array of clients and agencies ~ Familiarity with media planning and management of multi-platform campaigns; Competency in campaign management and ad-serving systems with experience in Operative1, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Magnite, and Salesforce being an added advantage, as is familiarity with social media buying platforms ~ General understanding of advertising technology on websites, apps, and social media platforms with hands-on experience on the buy or sell side ~ Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver digital advertising campaigns, both direct sold & programmatic ~ Good understanding of the digital marketplace, with a specific focus on video advertising in EMEA ~ Familiarity working with large multinational companies and the accompanying complex processes and network of stakeholders is an additional advantage, as is a passion for our brands Able to step back and look at scenarios at a macro level, solving the immediate challenge and providing long term solutions A solution focused, commercial mindset Always focused on our guests and prioritizing the user experience Excited to work in a general organization with stakeholders across the world Good understanding of digital media and the advertising industry, particularly video and within EMEA IT savvy across core business applications and remote working tools (Microsoft Office 365 suite and AI tools such as Copilot & Claude) Proficient in French Language. Experience with branded content distribution Experience in Operative1, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Magnite, and Salesforce Familiarity with social media buying platforms Familiarity working with large multinational companies and complex processes and network of stakeholders Passion for our brands
