WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Commercial Contracts: You review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial contracts, including licensing, lease, delivery, IT/IP, and intercompany agreements. You also create influencer contracts for our own brands like REVIEW and handle brand collaborations such as VitaCoco, ANSON'S, and REVIEW. EU Sustainability & Compliance: You implement key EU sustainability regulations

Litigation & Group Legal: You guide external lawyers, manage litigation budgets, and collaborate closely with Group Legal in Zug (Switzerland) to shape company-wide standards. You hold a fully qualified legal background in Spain (Grado en Derecho and Máster Universitario de Acceso a la Abogacía y la Procura) or an equivalent professional qualification, paired with admission to a Spanish Bar Association (. You impress with your strong communication skills, effectively explaining complex legal issues to non-lawyers, and you combine native Spanish with fluent English, solid MS Office and contract management tool skills, and an open mindset towards AI-powered workflows. You bring 3 to 6 years of experience in an international law firm or corporate legal department
