What you will be doingWorking closely with the Head of Finance for the Integration Business, you will play a key role in transforming and integrating finance operations across Ricoh's growing European business. This is a unique opportunity to combine finance, technology and process improvement expertise to create scalable, data-driven operating models that support growth through Cloud and Cyber, Work Experience and Process Automation Business.
You will drive the standardisation and optimisation of finance processes, improve governance and reporting frameworks, and identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and digital technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, connecting financial performance, operational excellence and the One Ricoh business strategy to support decision-making and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Process ImprovementRedesign, simplify and standardise finance and business processes across acquired and existing businesses.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls and scalability.
Support the design and deployment of a group-wide taxonomy framework to standardise revenue classification and business reporting.
Digital Innovation & AutomationIdentify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve finance and operational processes.
Support the optimisation and integration of ERP, CRM and reporting platforms.




Help create seamless end-to-end workflows that reduce manual activity and improve business performance.
Business PartneringEnsure consistent financial reporting across markets, including: Drive creation of “one source of truth” through improved data governance and system alignment.
Develop reporting for the integration business (Cloud and Cyber, WEX. Support analysis of business profitability (services, vendors, offerings) to guide investment decisions.
Prepare executive-level presentations, financial analyses, and decision-support materials for Integrations Business VP, Country Managers, and Leadership Teams.
M&A; IntegrationSupport financial due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions.
Assess finance processes, controls and systems within acquired businesses.
Coordinate finance integration plans that accelerate value realisation and operational alignment.#RicohEuropeYou will ideally haveWe're looking for a commercially minded transformation professional, ideally from an IT or Technology related background who enjoys improving how businesses operate through process, technology and innovation.
You may come from a Finance Transformation, Internal Audit, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis or Process Excellence background, ideally within the IT or Technology sector.




Ideal ExperienceFluency in English both spoken and written is essential for this role, with any other language skills highly beneficialPrevious experience of redesigning, simplifying and standardising finance and business processes within an IT or Technology related organisation.
Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and governance gained through audit, consulting or finance environments.
Experience applying AI, automation or digital technologies to improve business processes.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM and business intelligence platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Experience working across Finance, Technology and Operations teams in complex organisations.
Exposure to M&A;, integration projects or large-scale business change programmes would be advantageous.
