HR Advisor, Iberia (Spain & Portugal)Sustainability is our business. Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide trusted HR support across Spain and Portugal. Acting as a key partner to managers and employees, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, people policies, and HR best practice, helping to ensure a positive employee experience while managing business and legal risk.
This role requires strong knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese employment legislation, the ability to manage a broad range of employee relations matters, and a collaborative approach to supporting business leaders in a dynamic, international environment.
The role will be based in either our Madrid or Barcelona office where we have a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across Spain and Portugal.
Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, absence management, versátil working requests, and workplace investigations.




Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, consultations, and other workforce projects.
Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and fair decision-making.
Work closely with regional HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on complex employee matters.
Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills & ExperienceProven experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role.
Strong working knowledge of Spanish employment law; knowledge of Portuguese employment law is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a regional HR team.
Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese would be an advantage.
