You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon and the starting date is on the 23rd of November.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to customers through phone, email and chat online.
- Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
- English B1/B2.
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.




- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Contract & Benefits

- 12-month contract, with possibility of renewal.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 per month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
€1440.50 per month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
