- clear US / UK English accent required Join a fast-growing international SaaS company as an Account Executive focused on the UK and USA markets. You'll own the full sales cycle , from the first conversation with a prospect through product demonstrations, free-trial management and closing. This is a target-driven role for commercially minded sales professionals who enjoy outbound selling, building relationships and closing deals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription. Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations. Work with qualified leads assigned through the CRM. Make outbound calls and consistently work towards sales KPIs. Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records. Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure a smooth customer handover.



1-6 years of commercial sales experience , ideally in: ~ Account Executive / Inside Sales ~ Outbound Sales ~ Call Centre Sales ~ Native or bilingual English with a clear US English accent . Strong commercial and closing mindset. Comfortable with outbound calls and performance targets. Exceptional quarterly performance can unlock an additional 3x commission accelerator . Account Executive II: €35,000 base Account Executive III: €40,000 base Hybrid Model First 4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid for onboarding and training. After onboarding and reaching at least 70% of target: hybrid working. Approximately 1 office day per month thereafter. Required travel expenses covered by the company.
